Fundraising & Budget Planning:
ASHNA/ASHNA International Youth Association (AIYA) Fundraising & Budget Planning:
The financial year starts on 1st of January and ends on 31st of December;
- The Board will submit the accounts for the elapsed financial year and the budget for the next financial year to be approved by the General Director;
- The AIYA has its own budget approved by the General Director on a proposal from the Board and after advice from the Financial Control Commission,
- The accounts of the AIYA are controlled by Administration Director;
Financial Statement:

The Fundraising Policy:
- Membership fees;
- Contribution of members organizations or individuals;
- Sponsorship;
- Grants;
- Subsidies and aids.
- The account system is double entry, double book keeping and opens to Donor and auditors, Monthly financial statement shall be submitted to the Operational Director.
- Board of leadership has the authority of auditing and receiving financial reports.
- Working hours are Saturday to Thursday, eight hours per day
- Field workers and guards will work more than that which the management will determine.
- Overtime will be paid only after approval of Administration Director in special and emergency circumstances.
- Vacations will be two days per month and staff in probationary period cannot receive this benefit.
- Sick leaves: When an employee is sick after submitting the medical doctor certification, the sickness days will be paid by AIYA.
