AIYA’s bodies bring together inspired and motivated young people who want to get involved in community reconstruction. Bodies represent young people at higher levels to make sure that their views are taken into consideration by the governments and international community. All bodies are youth based organization and getting involved in such organizations is a great way for youth to develop their interest and make a difference in their own communities, AIYA can provide funding opportunities to support youth activities through International donors. It aims to encourage cooperation among young people in its youth networks by providing financial support to youth activities. It concerns activities, which serve the promotion of peace, understanding and cooperation in a spirit of respect for human rights, human dignity, democracy, tolerance and solidarity to become future leader.

In order to promote youth employment and entrepreneurship, AIYA acts to:

• Integrate the concerns of young people in employment strategies;
• Invest in providing the skills employers are looking for opportunities.
• Develop career guidance and counselling services for the youth.
• Promote opportunities for young people to work and train abroad;
• Promote quality internships, fellowships or apprenticeships.
• Improve childcare & encourage partners to share family responsibilities to better reconcile professional and private life.
• Encourage entrepreneurship in young people.
• Specific steps taken by the AIYA to help tackle youth unemployment include:
• Encourage governments to take more action to tackle the high levels of youth unemployment, scholarship opportunities, entrepreneurships opportunities and others.
• Promote plans to improve the quality and supply of apprenticeships, and outlines ways to make it easier for youth to live and work in their communities;
• Promote entrepreneurship through education and International opportunities.
• Main steps taken by the AIYA to help and develop youth for opportunities:
• Encouraging youth to receive maximum international youth opportunities which include scholarships, fellowships, internships, and entrepreneurships, International Conferences, Events and Festivals.

Development of youth through AIYA bodies which includes, ASHNA Model United Nations, ASHNA International Youth Volunteers, National Youth Awards, National Youth Parliaments and Global Opportunities.
