The AIYA is consisting of three main operational bodies and operational team to assist the operation according to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, International and United Nations Rule and Regulation.

1. Advisory Committee (a. Government Officials and Parliament Members, b. UN Officials c. Non-Governmental Organizations or CSOs)
2. Board of Directors (Local and International Experts)
3. Operational Team (Local and International Experts)
